This is an excellent item and has worked out perfectly in my solar array

This item is very well made using top quality components. All hardware is either polished stainless steel or nickel-plated brass. First class all the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use this on my saltwater boat.

These are decent for the price but I found a few things I did helped mine last longer that not doing those things on another set of them. Because these live in a hot compartment, the plastic got kind of brittle after a while. I did this to protect it:1. I treated all the plastic parts with protectant (like armor all or whatever) and this helped keep the plastic from getting all crumbly in heated compartment. This was especially true for the cover. They got brittle fast if I didn't protect them.2. I used a little anti-corrosive spray on the terminals. I had another set of these and built up some corrosion when I was using some cheapy cables. By putting the anti-corrosive spray on there just like a car battery, I haven't gotten any corrosion since.Overall, these are worth the money you pay IMHO.I hope you found this helpful!

Used these in a DIY solar power project and they worked perfectly. Simple but well built bus bar offered at a relatively moderate price, compared to the competition. Just five 5/16 posts each bar. It comes with a transparent plastic cover that holds well on rubber rings. I bought these two times and I recommend them.

Only the 4 inner studs are useable if you want the clear plastic cover to stay in situ. The clear plastic cover connects to the 2 outer studs as a push fit after aligning the 2 studs with the 2 rubber O rings embedded in the cover. There is clearance at the sides of the cover adjacent to the 4 central studs to allow the cables to pass between it and the the base. But, as there's no such clearance adjacent to the 2 outer studs the cover won't fit.

Lots of options for attachment, and they seem (are) very solid. I will redesign the caps feature for better coverage from accidental shorting, because the originals leave a little too much open space near the large terminals, in my opinion.

The plastic covers push on and hold decent, if you have to mount them in a vertical position I would recommend notching the plastic bottom for putting a zip tie around it. Other than that, excellent product. I would recommend it.

Buss bar was copper, not a fan of serrated nuts over lock washers but it is serviceable. Cover relaying on the grip of rubber is not something I’m a fan of. I used zip ties

All good 100%.I needed to see what's inside before I load 150 amps to my ride. There is some glass in the synthetic body. The plating immediately flaked off as I started to cut the metal plate. Socket head round head machine screws used and can be accessed from the under side using 1/4" bit.Nice made. Here's what I'm making.
