When my former Plantronics (now Poly) professional Headset failed (wire in plug) I needed a fast replacement.Ordered 3 Headsets from different suppliers on Amazon (15-25$ each). This was one of the highest priced, but was absolutely beyond the competition. The sound quality of both the microphone AND the headset speaker is excellent (warm tone), the lightweight comfort of wearing is also perfect.The wire itself is a little thicker/bulkier, but hope that only means it's gonna last a longer ;-).HIghly reccomended

No one could hear me through the microphone unless I yelled. Talking in a normal voice is not an option. It doesn't even come across as a whisper. I guess it's the old you get what you pay for. Invest in better. I'm stuck with these because it's to much of a pain to send back.

Initially I loved this headset; however, the foam over the microphone tip kept falling off, then at month 11 people were unable to hear me and I had to go back to holding the phone in my hand. I am disappointed as it was good initially.

Ordered this product after Plantronics stopped making the landline headset I had used for years. Also bought one from Best Buy, but it didn't fit in the phone and clients couldn't hear me. This product fit in phone perfectly and the sound quality is good. My only wish is that there was a way to control the sound, as it is a bit loud in my ear. Other than that, this is a good quality headset for a good price. Hopefully it will last longer than most, which short out after a few months.

This is a dandy headset — the headband is thin flexible metal, so it doesn't feel like your head is in a vice as it does with some of the plastic ones. It's lightweight and the boom is easily adjustable. I've had several, and they last about five years before the cable near the plug becomes sufficiently worn that they need to be replaced.

I spend a lot of time on the telephone. I needed a hands free headset that worked well and was cost effective and this product checks all the boxes. Sound quality is acceptable at both ends and the product works exactly as advertised. I would buy this one again in a heartbeat.

I got this for my wife who uses a cordless phone that is connected with our landline. It is comfortable and works fine. We were both long distance operators many years ago, and both worked jobs where we needed a headset to be able to handle the phones and this one is much better than most used in business.
