Amazing lure! Caught 2 bluefish within 20mins. Bunker color imo is good! The stock rings and treble hook are okay, but do recommend to change the rings and hooks during every 2 seasons

Great for saltwater shore fishing. Enough weight for long casts. I use 55 lb braid on a 6000 thunnus and 9.5 foot Rapala travel rod

Love the SP minnows! Great realistic action and plenty of color options to match what the fish are feeding on, cant keep bluefish off of them!

If you're considering the SP minnow, then you've seen all the vids and read reviews on how great this lure is for stripers. No issues here either, just wanted to share my experience. I fished it on a windy day and the 1 1/4oz. 6" minnow was too light to cast far. The wind pretty much blocked the long 6" body for the cast to be effective. Consider getting a heavier SP on windy days or switch to another heavier lure.

Daiwa makes Quality stuff, and this is a nice lure. I haven't used it yet, but the price was right, and ordering and delivery is easy.
