Came used, the handle was all scratched upped, there was debris inside the bag. It had an odd smell to it and then the garment handles came broken as well. This is not a bag I am keeping and I am immediately returning! So disappointed!

Poles do not extend to the advertised height. The entire height of the bag is 123 cm not 150cm. The poles also often stick and take many attempts to get extended. The bag itself is very sturdy and nice. Just wish the other parts were easier, and height was what was advertised
