I really like the taste of the tea. I just got it, and haven’t taken long enough to tell if results will be obtained. I emptied contents of the packet into a tea defuser because I didn’t want the stuff floating in my tea, just a personal choice

This tea is so good. I added some lemon juice and some honey to it. It is amazing. I was so relaxed after I drunk it. It calm me all the way down.
