I ordered this tree because I saw an example of how versatile it was. I love it. Especially lightly sanding the tree after embossing it onto my card!

I first tried it on some green Colorbox textured cardstock I purchased a few days ago. I put a piece of cardstock on the platform of my new Platinum 6, then the folder, then I added another piece of cardstock on top, then the cutting plate. I ran it through twice, and it was pretty good, though a third time might have made it even better. I then decided to try it out on some great green matt mirror paper I bought several months ago, which is a great color for the holidays. The tree design looks great on the green matt mirror cardstock! I'm so excited! Plan to buy more of the Darice folders, as my money allows. So pretty and so much fun making cards for Christmas! These folders fit A2 cards completely if centered vertically and a bit cut off top and bottom, or on a 5x7 card as a top layer...or alone! Possibilities endless!

It is a nice effect but isn't a very deep embossing folder. I like a little more definition.

Muy contenta con las plantillas de embossing de esta marca. Son económicas y los diseños son muy bonitos. He utilizado un rodillo de metal bastante pesado para grabar el papel, porque no tengo la big shot, y el resultado en papel no muy grueso ha sido muy bueno. No la he probado aún con papel de scrap de alto gramaje.

This is one of my favorite embossing folders. I just love the design. I have always been happy with Darice embossing folders. They are made well and last a long time. I also like that they can fit into most embossing machines. I have a Cuttlebug and this folder fits into it really well and the embossed images come out looking great.

Highly recommend. Delivery on time. I purchased for my scrapbooking crafts. I been looking everywhere for these embossing folders to use with my embossing tool, and couldn't find any in stores. Looked online and thought to try it from this seller. These work well. You can really see the details. You can also use a roller pin if you don't have a embossing machine. Work well.

Nice fall card for birthdays - back to school or whatever. I love using chalks to color the leaves differently. Makes a nice Thanksgiving card as well! Make many at once and use them as I need them!
