The dash pad in my 2000 F-150 had become brittle and cracked in many places. This replacement fit perfectly and was easy to install. A Youtube video helped me know how to do it, but it takes removing only 9 screws. Unfortunately, the center dash radio bezel I received with the dash pad bezel was not suitable for a 4WD, so I reinstalled the old one. Not a problem. Very pleased.
