About this item

  • Automatic Induction. The light will be activated ON/OFF by auto PIR motion detection.Application Home or Outdoor monitoring, Automatic lighting, Advertising Lighting, Automatic motors and appliances, etc

Features:
1.The light sensor of TDHL-2025 W/B is very sensitive to variable currents. It is recommended to use with single color LED Strip, If used with flashing LED Strip, please adjust its mode to be static color Or Use greater than2A(
2. Please make sure to use a constant voltage power supply. If ( Using Battery Power ), please add a constant voltage circuit board. Because its working principle is to sense people or animals and generate a change in recognition voltage. If the power supply voltage is unstable, it may cause continuous power on
Automatic Induction. The light will be activated at night or low-light environments by auto PIR motion detection.
Flexible timing setting from 15s to 360s for how long the light stays on.
7 meters detecting range and high sensitivity.
Easy to install. Widely used on motion-activated lighting, LED strips.
Energy-saving and low heat and low power consumption.
You can adjust the detection distance by installing the position or adjusting the sensing Angle
Applicable to warehouse, Basement, Garage, LED lights under the bed , Advertising light boxes, Art murals automatic light, Washroom LED, mirror LED, Wardrobe, Wine cabinets, Automatic faucets...etc

Product tips
1. The product works according to the doppler principle, Install indoors as far as possible to avoid rain and dust affecting the normal work of Fresnel lens
2. Please try to use DC 6V-24V voltage. When using voltage of DC 5V, may affect the stability of the product work
3. When the indoor temperature is close to human body temperature, the sensitivity of the product will decrease
4. Roundness (TDL-2025 with light sensore) Work only in dark light or at night, not during the day
Rectangle (TDL-2023 without light sensore) Support day and night use, if you do not want to use during the day, please turn off the power
5. The effect is best when the sensing distance is between 3 and 5 meters
Package included:
1 x PIR Motion Sensor Switch

Purchased with strip lights works perfectly. Used it to detect when door to pantry opened, which turned on the under shelf lighting.

It works amazingly well. I was skeptical at first I thought it was too inexpensive to be any good. My neighbor paid a contractor over $800 for led tape lights and a motion sensor. I installed this one on an entry bench in a windowless mudroom (our most used entry) with 4 kids coming and going it cycles on and off everytime the door opened regardless of the time of day. It's a little large compared to the expensive one my neighbor has, but was easy get out of sight. Would definitely recomend!

I bought the sensor without the day/night function because I am using it inside a shed. I wanted light in my outside shed for times when the power is out and for other times too just to not use the AC lighting. I have my generator in the shed that can power the house through a transfer switch. I thought it woild be nice to have DC lighting so that I can find my way around the shed and to help operate the generator during those power outages. I have solar panels on the shed, a charge controller and a battery. I bought a DC light bulb from Amazon and installed it. I put this switch in series with the light to make it come on when I entered the shed. It is working good after the install so I'm pleased. These are some things I want to comment on. I had to search the reviews to learn how to adjust the time that it keeps the light on. I had to carefully pry the sensor apart. There is a potentiometer inside. I turned it fully counter clockwise as far as I felt comfortable with to try to achieve the 6 minute ON time for the light. The POT is delicate and I didn't want to break it so I may not have adjusted it fully counter clockwise. When testing it I found it would saty on about 4 or 5 minutes. The light comes on quickly when I enter the shed so I was pleased with the installation. After testing it I did some organizing in the shed for 10 or 15 minutes. The light stayed on the entire time so the motion sensor workes to keep the light on while it continues to sense motion. After leaving the shed I watched to see how long the light would stay on. It was about 4 minutes but I didn't try to get the exact time. My raving for "overall rating" and "easy to install" have one star knocked off because of the instructions. I shouldn't have to leave the installation to come inside and search the reviews for how to do the time adjustment. The instructions I have in hand that came with the motion sensor should have had that detail. I would recommend it.

Had to tinker with this, but not hard to figure out. Input must have the positive on the 'always on' i.e. use the multimeter on the output to get the tone. That would be the positive. Negative should not have a tone until the sensor detects motion.I should have got the no-light sensor version, this one only works in the dark or no sunlight.I would have given more stars if some simple online or in box instructions were available.

Hoping to use to activate some lights. I used the entire input range of of 7 - 20v DC w/ about a .5A load. The PIR switch never turns off. This is the model with the light sensing capabilities, but it did not matter if lights were on or off. The PIR switch was always activated. The timer adjustment did not make a difference either.

I purchase one long time ago and install this on the bottom of my stair case. I was just experimenting with the sensor to see if work well for my needs. My needs was to come home and have light the soon I open the door. I was working night back then and I was tired walking in on a dark entrance. The Sensor work very well, so I decide to purchase a second one to have both sensor one on the top of the stair case and another one to the end of the bottom of the stairs case. It took me a little while to figure out how to make this sensor to work. I search the web to get an understanding on how to wire two sensor, nothing that I can understand. So here I break down what I did if you wish to get it to work on a good budget. 11 stair case cost me around $118.00 with everything I need it. Just remember I have access to my stair case from behind. If you don’t have access then another option will be better for you. The material are LED strip (measurement your stair case) I needed 44ft so I purchase two 32ft LED light. Using the second roll for backup. I purchase pigtail with easy connector, PIR Sensor, male and female connector and 2 conductor power cable 25ft. The power cable is to attach every stair case with each other into you get to the top. I found was easy to start from the bottom to the top. How to connect both sensor to work? After you have all your stair case tied up with each other (if you can see I decide to use twisted connector make everything easy in case you made a mistake you can untwisted and fix it) used the top sensor to tied everything. The sensor has a label for in, will be your power and the out will be tied to your lights. After you have the top sensor setup and you ready to install the bottom sensor make sure you label wish one is out and in if you make a mistake here the lights will stay on all the time. Tied your power to the existing power you already using, and the out cable has to be tied up with the out from the top sensor. Can’t use the out on the first stair case light because will not work, lights will stay on. I found this small Plastic Electric Project Case Junction Box 55x35x15mm that I used to high the cables to give it a cleaner look. The sensor settings on how long will stay on, I decide to set one 30 second the bottom sensor, 2 min on the top sensor and it work beautiful the longer you tied up both sensor the correct way. I hope this help!! O one more thin I like this sensor because there’s no night or day time they always work on dark or day time the lights will go off either way.
