Operating instruction:
Before you attempting to wire the controller, make sure power is off.
1. Connect wires refer to the correct wiring order
2. Turn on the power, and adjust the potentiometer.
3. The LED indicates the power up and the speed of motor.
Warning: Do not positive and negative power loads. This will damage the controller!

This works great. I fed it 12 volts, and hooked a small 12 volt motored to it. It smoothly controlled its speed, and the reverser switch works perfectly. This can be a very handy addition to home made animatronics, or any thing where you have a motor that doesn’t run at quite the speed you need.

Currently being used to control an exhaust fan on a 3d printer enclosure with good success. DC output and the little variable knob makes this controller work exactly.like you would expect.Quality is good, with no noticeable defects or poor solder spots. Adjustability isn't huge but it's plenty for some smaller fans to have a decent range.Easy to wire and begin using; though you may want to check what you need to do for your specific application by searching online.Value for the overall quality and functionality is good in my opinion compared to similar products on the market.

I never actually received this item it said it was undeliverable so I can't really review it I guess. I have owned 1 of these Before however and it works great it was exactly the same there's no complaints I mean it's exactly what it is and does what it should.

Lower cost/voltage/current speed controllers are typically hit and miss in my experience.This one was a pleasant surprise - in initial testing with a 6v source/load, I found the 100k pot exceptionally smooth and predictable.Voltage increases felt nearly stepless, as I watched my mini dc meter, (always calibrated against my DMM) I was able to easily adjust in the 5-10mV range. This is pretty incredible compared with my experiences using similar speed controllers.The reverse function also worked flawlessly. I had to flip the leads on my mini meter, as it does not read negative voltages as a standard DMM would. Voltage adjustments were identically sound and predictable testing in reverse.Highly satisfied overall with every aspect of this controller, would certainly order again and highly recommend. 5 stars.

I connected this to a 12VDC brushed motor and it works great. The motor draws about 1A no load but will draw about 5A under load for short bursts and this works well. Its simple to wire up and the switch allows On/Off as well as direction control.

Very exacting speed controller. Easy to connect. I'm not an electronics guy but I used a power supply and simply connected the wiring like the controller engraving showed and it all worked. I didn't check the speeds for accuracy but the ramp up and down using the potentiometer was very smooth and seemed very linear. Reverse switch was a nice add on that worked just fine. I'm happy with this.

I needed a way to throttle the power between a 12V battery and a small motor. This speed controller fits the bill, and the ability to reverse direction is a bonus for me. This circuit works great for the described application, and it allows me to fine-tune the amount of power and thus the speed of the motor. It works wonderfully for my purpose, and the price for this circuit is fair. I am happy with this product and it is worthy of a good rating!
