1

Battery Charging

You can use this device to charge battery, but you need to use the Green-Black terminal to do that, because we set protection function at the battery charging terminal so that even you connect in the wrong way, the device will not be damaged.

2

Display Style

You can set the display style to traditional mode, curve mode or detailed mode, just press the left or right direction button and it is ok.

3

Display Color

You can set each parameter with the color you like, just need to active the custom color option, then the modification will be applied.

1

Firmware update

If there is new function, you can use the PC software to connect the device and update the firmware to get the new function.

2

Protection indication

This icon will show you the device status, if it is normal or it is under over voltage/current/temperature protection mode

3

Fuse install

If you burn the fuse, you can use the spare fuse, insert it to the socket next to the fuse for short time usage, but it is better to replace the damaged one.

After some looking around on Amazon for a power supply that wouldn’t break the bank that had >1000W I fell on this. After doing some digging around online people talked these up and for good reason. I love it so far and would definitely buy again. Put it through its paces in the past few weeks and it’s worked quite well. Both as a power supply and to charge a large battery pack as well as lead acid battery.

It a good PSU but with mine the 12v supply that goes to the fan died within a few weeks, preventing the fan from running and therefore overheating massively at high power, which then shuts down the whole PSU.Unfortunately I realized this 2 months after purchase, so no returns. Now just because of a little 12v internal circuit I have to find this entire "RD-1200-68" 68v power supply that's in the case and is not easily purchased or expensive.

Mine showed up in the inner packaging as a shipping box. That meant that the alligator clips and the 120v cord were omitted. Not a big deal because I have plenty of these standard items, but it was odd it arrived missing the outer box. It clearly was unused, I got to peel the film off the screen and it was sealed within the packaging.I have been using this heavily and it is accurate and seems decently built for the price. The output voltage is within a very allowable margin for what most people will do with this. There is also an internal battery which I like because I can unplug it and do a quick test on an item in the field. I would not hesitate to order one again. I would expect a language barrier with the seller and possibly missing (but easily found) cords. I have not had luck communicating with the seller. Again in the scheme of things it's a good deal.I like the display and options, while not 100% intuitive (the google translated directions are not necessary but are entertaining) the layout and features make perfect sense once you use it. Out of the power supplies in this voltage/amp range with these features this has been the best one I have tried (I'm on number 4). My next step was dropping a significantly higher dollar amount as these seem to jump quite a bit in price after this level of quality. I generally rate devices like this as "no way, gonna fry my stuff", it works but will not last", "usable but missing some features or range", "good for the cost", "surprisingly good for the cost", and "Way better than price point". I'd say this item comes in as as solid "surprisingly good for the cost". Again, aside from the odd shipping with no outer box or cords it has been great.

I was on the fence about buying this without any reviews. I took a chance and ordered it. I am quite happy with the purchase. The unit was very well packaged in molded styrofoam covers, arrived on time and in good condition. The unit came with a temperature sensor, a pair of leads with alligator clips, only needed a CR1220 battery (to keep clock settings, but not required to operate), and a power cord as stated in the listing.Shortly after receiving we lost power for 40 hours and it allowed me to rapidly recharge my LIFEPO4 batteries while running my generator during the day to allow battery operation during the night.Installing the battery to keep the clock setting on it was challenging to figure out at first until I looked at the pictures in the ad carefully. The wifi module actually covers the battery, so it has to be pulled out to install the battery, see pictures. You may be able to save a couple of bucks ordering elsewhere, and having to wait and maybe receive it, maybe not. I haven't tried the wifi or updates yet, will update if I have issues if I do.

This is a really cool product. It has a fixed voltage switching power supply internally. The front panel is a buck regulator that allows you to set the output voltage, output current, etc.. It has one jack setup for a battery charge function. You can setup your output voltage and current limit and this box becomes basically a programmable battery charger. I used it to charge a big LiFePO4 48V battery at 20A. That is a little over 1000W. Very impressive! The downside is that the internal switching power supply failed after a month of use.I am waiting for a response from the vendor to see if I can get a replacement power supply. Unfortunately, I am about 3 weeks beyond the return window so Amazon won't take it back.

For the money, I do like this power supply. The user interface is nice and intuitive. I purposely purchased this unit to help in the development of high powered LED arrays for grow lights. I will get lot of use from this power supply. My only gripe is that in the description, it is stated that the typical ripple voltage is 100mv. I tested my unit on an oscilloscope with settings of - 1:1 probe dialed down to 20 Mhz bandwidth filter using DC coupling and used 5ms for time division. I was getting an average of 300 milivolts of ripple which is 3 times higher than stated (see my attached photo). For sure not ideal. I will be modifying this power supply to smooth out the ripple voltage.Other than the ripple voltage issue. This power supply is worth the buy. Just be aware of the stated issue of you want to power sensitive electeonics.
