I have a 2006 BMW 330i E90. It has a hub bore size of 72.6mm (72.56). I purchased new wheels as one was bent that had a hub size of 73.1mm. After getting them installed I noticed a very bad shake in the steering wheel around 50-55mph and got really bad at 70-80mph. Shop told me I needed hub centric rings. There weren’t many options for a 73.1 to 72.6 (0.5mm difference). The shop installed them today and it fixed the vibration. I can no cruise at highway speeds comfortably.
