This countersink is crazy sharp.I'm using it on cast acrylic to countersink drilled holes. I've never had anything shave a perfectly smooth bevel like this 3/8" dia cutter. WOW (made in china) but better than buying American .. with silly-talk-tarrifs.

This tool makes a quick job deburring holes in metal or plastic, also works in wood. The day it came in it was used for two different jobs. I have owned a smaller one for years and it is a really nice tool. This one works on holes as large as 5/8" (16.5mm).Ron_T

I bought this a few months ago but used it for the first time when deburring some through-holes in steel the other day. Worked well. I'd buy again if I needed to.

Pretty flimsy for a deburring toon (cheap plastic body)

Nice quick job of cleaning up the edges around round holes.

I'll be using this mostly on softer materials, and everything I have tested it on it has worked perfectly. 3D prints (nylon, PLA, PETG) (including CF filaments), Aluminum, and wood have all been counter sunk perfectly. The bit itself is sharp all the way down to the point, so you can even auger out small holes without drilling a pilot if you desire. The handle does feel a bit cheap, but it is providing enough support for countersinking all these soft materials without issue. This is of course for hobby usage, I do not think this is a professional quality tool, and if I were countersinking a lot of holes in mild steel or harder I would probably want a sturdier handle. For a few holes occasionally for hobby use I think this would still work.

I love this countersink style of deburring tool for knocking out round holes. It's so much more convenient than trying to spin a regular deburring tool just right to make it work. A simple spin, and no more sharp edges. It has a very nice feeling handle with a locking collar to hold the head in. It looks like it could hold standard deburring blades as well. The rear has a cap that twists off for storage, so it looks to me like a standard handle just for that purpose.Overall a great kit.Highly recommended.

I like the handle. The cutting head makes chamfering holes in plastic a breeze
