This mouthpiece arrived today and I was so excited to try it out. It's not for me. I am an adult, and I'm wondering if it's a better fit for a younger/smaller person. For me, it's adding "buzz" to my notes, and it just doesn't sound good. The mouthpiece my sax came with is a lot better.

Great mouthpiece. I like this better than the Yamaha 4C mouthpiece. Makes playing in the high and low registry easier to play.

I bought a Lazarro Alto Saxophone from Amazon, and while reading the reviews found out that most complaints was the mouthpiece that came with it. More then one reviewer said to replace with the Clark W Fobes Debut Student mouthpiece, was easier for students to learn. I'm 74 years old and never played an instrument before. Within 5 minutes of blowing, I was playing notes. I can't compare mouthpieces, but I have absolutely no problem playing with this Fobes mouthpiece.
