It's exactly the same shade as my curtains, (teal), it's just the right length for my window. FYI, if you want the crumbled look get two, otherwise it will be flat, but still lovely.

I was looking for well-made, darker gray valances to compliment my lighter gray (walls), seafoam, and white bathroom. I did iron them out of the package. (They ironed up well.) I really like the slightly scalloped edge. They are heavier valances, but not too heavy. They hang nicely on tension rods so I can display my new, white trim. (This was a whole-house renovation.)

It’s not easy to find a plain black valance. I searched every store in my area. I should have started with Amazon! Great quality and value! I’m glad I didn’t waste anymore time looking!

I struggled to find affordable curtains for a basement bedroom window, so I bought these. They look nice, but they still weren't really long enough to really black-out the room.

I bought four Deconovo Blackout valances in dark brown, and they came just as described on the Website. The material is just the right thickness and it's soft. A friend visited me at home and saw them at my window. Her remark was, "Those valances are so beautiful! Where did you get them?" When I told her they come in a variety of colours and are sold on Amazon.ca, she decided to order some.They are a perfect fit for my brown and blue coloured curtain panels. Great product and great price ...only issue was I ordered 52x18 with hopes of gathering the curtain but I received the 42x18 instead and it lays straight across my window ...it still looks nice though
