I bought these thermometers that are similar to the original ones that come with the fryer pot, of very good quality. I recommend them. And later I plan to buy more.Compré estos termómetros que son similares a los originales que vienen con la olla de la freidora, de muy buena calidad. Los recomiendo. Y más adelante planeo comprar más.

I ordered this to replace the one that came with the tempura pot I bought for my kids because the one it came with read Celsius and made it necessary to use a conversion chart for them to deep fry things when they choose to.We have yet to fry anything to check accuracy of the temperature readings but it's already great to have a fahrenheit reading instead of Celsius
