For the price you can't go wrong. It's insulated but compared to a clam or any other name brand it's a quarter of the insulation but like I said for the price it's great. Many storage areas Inside. The anchors bent the first time using them but I upgraded them and have no issues. I would recommend. And if you don't want to run a marathon anchor it down just incase even if u use 2 anchor points.

I really wanted to like it. I set it up in the house to check it out and everything seemed great for the price until, I was trying to zip the doors closed. The zippers are garbage. At the turn in the middle of the door, they bind up and some teeth don't mesh. This happened on both doors as under tension, when set up, they just aren't robust enough to get the job done. This was at 70 degrees in the house mind you. I can't imagine how difficult it would be when freezing cold. Too bad.

The tent set up and take down was good. The zippers could be of better quality. But overall very good for the price

This ice shanty is surprisingly well built. Is easy to set up and take down. Materials are decent quality and it is very spacious. Like most things getting it back in the bag is a challenge but doable. High recommend for someone that doesn't want to pay the ridiculous money for one of the leading brands. 100% recommend!

1st time out with the tent 3 of the 4 stake down points ripped either completely apart or mostly. Now it's useless. Piece of junk don't bother plus zippers are extremely hard to open and close. In short don't waste your money on this product. It makes me wonder if all their products are of this quality..

For what it's worth, I'm writing this initial review without using it on the ice. Just based on setting it up in the backyard after receiving it. While just browsing around on Amazon, I came across this shanty. It's price was too good to pass up. Decided to take a chance. I'd say it's definitely worth it. While I wouldn't say it's in the same quality range as the bigger name brands, Eskimo, Otter, Calm, etc., it's substantially cheaper. I already have an Otter flip over, so I was looking to add a smaller hub shelter. It's called a 3-4 person shelter, but I'd say two person is more realistic. Set up was a breeze. The bag it comes with is a little over sized so putting it back in wasn't bad. Insulation is fairly light. Stitching was fine. Windows can't be removed or opened. Zippers seemed to be fine. Two corner doors, which aren't as nice as some of the shelters with full size doors, but not bad. I just felt, that if I don't use it as much as my flip over or if it only last five or so years, I wouldn't be out a lot of money. Then again, it might become my go to shelter and last for years. Time will tell. If on the fence about it, I'd say go for it.

We had a really hard time setting it up the first time. Two spots that the poles met they were twisted and around the tarp and each other. Once we figured that out we were able to change positions on all spots those sets of poles met up. I’m so glad we tried it at home before we went out. Putting it up and Down after that was a breeze.

Larger than what I thought, quick and easy set up, warm, vents to prevent you from over heating, windows so you can also enjoy the great out of doors and all around great quality. Now I haven’t used it yet but I’m quite confident it’ll exceed my expectations.

It’s good, been out twice now and it’s got a sizable rip in the fabric which costumer service was fantastic with solving. Very nice size and easy to setup, holds heat alright but I’m a bad example cause I use a wood stove with it.Only real complaint I have is the bag it comes in is WAY too small so packing it up at the end of the day is a huge pain, but that goes for a lot of different ice tents like this.If you’re on the fence, go for it customer service alone is worth it.
