This definitely works at defrosting frozen items. I wouldn't bank on defrosting in one hour - but it speeds up the process considerably. Our plate chipped on the outside edge after a few uses but it still works fine. Recommend!

My mom wanted to try this because she likes kitchen stuff. It actually works! She’s very happy with it. She says it defrosts frozen food pretty quickly (as opposed to defrosting without it) it’s a win here.

This is a nice, heavy piece of aluminum that does a great job defrosting. It is also good for cooling hot stuff before putting it in the refrigerator. The non-stick finish is easy to clean.

Got this to defrost meat/chicken quickly and it works. I sent another one back bc it wasn't thick enough but this is perfect, sturdy and like the last one I had. Cuts thawing time at least in half, maybe more. Easy clean up with a sponge. Highly recommend. Sent one to my kids!

This is really awesome product, I was surprised how fast frozen items thawed out when using it. Now I don't need to wait for a long time for my meat to be thawed out or end up with an unevenly cooked rubbery mess at the end by defrosting in microwave. I will definitely recommend using this tray to my friends.
