Clear, movement is good and mic is incredible!!Glad I bought a 4 pack. I got sick so I couldn't put them up right away..bought these in Nov 24, 2024. Put these up last month... Again..app is easy, configuration is easy.Problem, because they are motorized, one already stopped full range of motion and that a bad thing. That didn't last long. This is the only reason why it gets 3 stars.Records video precisely, mine connected to my network fast and I used it on 5G with little issues. Sometimes they disconnect, but mostly just ask to switch the vid quality. Once in a while I will, but it runs great all day. I don't know if the tracks/teeth on the ptz are bad etc, but not being able to have full mobility in such a short time is aweful and it wiggles on the base a little. It didn't when Ist bought it. Doing it now. I'll letWould I buy again? Most likely yes. As the software gets better and it adds a few more features, it would be a big deal. It has parametric view it can capture if you set it up. Resolution - A+, motion capture is B+ (a little slow processing what it records) but is decent camera. I don't know how long this one will last, but we'll see

You don't know how great these cameras are. They span a wide range of coverage, and I love that I have them on my home to help detour bad behavior from people and keeps a good eye out for me.

This is a great security camera was working excellent till I moved my furniture and it hit the plug and broke the part that plugs into the little adapter box I wish they would make the cord a way I could just change out the cord 😢

This outdoor security camera is excellent for monitoring my home while I'm on vacation. The image quality is impressive, and I appreciate the ability to pan the camera left and right. It records continuously, allowing me to review footage whenever I need to. I've had this camera for over a year, and it has performed wonderfully. Just a heads up for anyone considering it, the camera does not include an SD card, so you'll need to buy one separately.

i bought these a while back so i do not have any pictures from having them but they were amazing cameras will definitely be buying more when i buy a house soon. the functionality of these cameras is top notch perfect. i can’t complain with any functionality of these cameras. the storage capacity of these camera are pretty good, if you plan on saving everything definitely get an extra storage card. i’ve never experienced a lag with these cameras when i bought them and had them. the battery life is amazing, i honestly didn’t have to charge them as much as i thought i would. so battery life A+ the set was so easy i was afraid of setup when i bought them but the set up process was supper easy. and last thing i want to speak about was the brightness it was perfect. usually cameras are too dark and way to bright unable to see anything but these were perfect!! definitely getting more

The Security Camera's arrived sooner than expected, well packages and good price. Easy setup, had the first camera installed and linked to my internet in less than an hour. Works well, as expected. Love the tracking feature also and the fact I can use a mini SD card instead of paying to use the cloud. Quality appears good, will see how it survives the Canadian winter.

So i got the 4 pack, and looks like they all differ!Firstly, i like the local 24/7 recording on my own 128gb cards, i like how they scan and follow humans (to an extent), and all other options listed here, but...The product box of 4 was opened, not sealed, with obvious signs of usage: Example, all 4 cams have random serial numbers, not even close to have same digits... meaning, different manufacturing dates, randomly thrown into the open box... One of the 4 cams boxes lid, was ripped, also, from 4 cams, 2 of them had no protective film over the lenses, all have fingerprint spots all over the bodies and one of them works as is defective... Meaning, even with a good wifi signal, the video drops and reconects constantly, it follows human shape and remains in the last position it saw someone, without returning to default center position as the other 3 cams do... This same camera, when i was setting it to install, was blinking Blue, when the app was stating, it has to normally blink green (like the other 3 cams)... I tried couple times to reconnect and do it again, without any luck to have it green... Also this exact same camera is the only one that didn't wanted to receive a system update... 3 out of 4 received update 1.8.xx, but this one still has the factory 1.7.4? And when checking for updates, it shows me "Latest update 1.7.x installed and does not need another update... Which can mean, this one camera is a different, older manufacturing date, or simply defective from the factory.Now, about the human shape, or all objects tracking... If you're 15-20 degrees to the left or right, or can go under it from a side, it fails to track your movement. When it does, sometimes they're acting up, dancing left-right couple times till it realizes where you are. And finally, if you walk under it, or on a blind spot, where normally it has to return to center position after few seconds, it sometimes stays in the last position for good... Even when you need it to go back center and keep an eye on the default area.The intelligent mode of night vision, lights on (color) versus inflated (black and white) is useless, as it keeps activating and deactivating one of the modes every second or two, so best to keep it simple.At the end of the day, they are a good purchase, but having received used items, and one defective camera,ales you wonder how long they'll work till all fail... If you live in a cold climate, like Canada, and you set them up outdoors, don't even think of keeping the Auto Tracking active, as it will destroy the gears inside. Just make sure they point to where you need it, and keep them in that position.

I am myself an electronics and software development/test engineer with more than 17 years working experience and I could not get " Simple" security camera working on my mobile. I have configured other brands with SIM card 4G and they all worked.. But this one with Wiffi. It did not worked.The steps described in their manual does not work. ( I tried 3 different methods and none worked.1. QR Code marled on the camera itself --> Does not work2. Selecting your 2.4Gh wiffi and then face your phone about +-15 cm to the phone to scan QR code --> Does not work3. Last step was manual configuration --> Connecting with a proxy Wiffi STRxxxxxx . --> Did not work.In total I tried more than 50 times(I waste almost 3 hours) .. from turning off/on my mobile.... Modem on/off .. Resetting Camera but also Camera on/off... I tried all possible combinations and it just did not worked.I cannot imagine giving this task to someone who does not knowledge at all about technology It is just nonsense.To the factory DEKCO.Set a process routine in your final inspection there in China before shipping these devices.. They might worked somewhere here and there and in different regions. But for my case here in Europe in Spain .. It did not work.Very disappointed. I spent hours trying to get this working.I should have spent couple of euros more and bought another brand.I would not recommend anybody to buy this camera.

So I've had these cameras for a few months now and all in all have been pretty good. The camera picture is good day and night. The 2 way audio feature is a bonus. The cameras where easy to install. The object tracking feature works well. The app is user friendly and allows you to view live stream from the cameras but beware of viewing your cameras as the app stores the video data on your device. I have to periodically go to my app setting and clear the app data to prevent my device from from filling up.Seems evertime I go to view the cameras they have moved from the position they were set at. Customer service said its a built in feature that cannot be turned off. That being said when I go into the app and try to move them, they will cycle completely to the one direction and have to be repositioned from there. Normally not a problem until the temperature drops below minus 10 Celsius and the cameras can no longer do a full sweep. I had to move the camera by hand back to where I wanted it positioned.Customer service has been good in helping with the issues I had.If you live in a moderate climate and don't mind repositioning the cameras these are a great buy. The video is is clear and the mic and speaker work really well.

I bought these cameras on August 23rd. This morning about 45 days after I purchased the cameras, both USB power supplies failed within 40 minutes of each other. The cameras will not turn on. However, when I took one of my own personal USB electrical adapter power supplies (not either of the Dekco USB power units which had failed), I was able to successfully power on both cameras. I tried phoning DEKCO's customer service number to inform them of the defective parts. The phone number just rang and rang. DEKCO customer service never answered, nor could I connect to voice mail to leave a message.Update on September 27th: Although I was not able to leave a message with DEKCO Customer Support, they did call me back based upon my phone number attempted call. They quickly replaced both USB power adapters at no charge to me.The cameras were work well ... if anything almost too well in terms of motion sensitivity. Even at the lowest level for motion, they are often activated at night by falling rain, moths, or leaves. However, the price for this system is very fair, and I would purchase again. It has been fun to watch my bear family (mom and 3 cubs) visit my yard.

This is an excellent camera, from a fantastic company. I purchased this camera while it was on sale, and after some underwhelming experiences with other cameras around this price-point, I wasn't sure if this one would be good. But it is an excellent camera, with great picture quality! The 2k resolution provides a nice improvement over a 1080p camera.Good things about the camera:- Good night vision/IR- Pan function- Intercom (microphone and speaker) function through the app- CloudEdge app works well- MicroSD card slot for recording, not forced to pay for a cloud service.- DC Barrel power plug (more durable than USB, and easier to extend over long distances)One of the best features is that this camera supports ONVIF/RTSP. You just have to enable it using the app, and then you can connect the camera to a standard NVR or other software that supports ONVIF. I'm using it with Synology Surveillance Station and it's working great.When I first bought the camera, the panning control didn't work from Surveillance Station/using ONVIF. I emailed Dekco and they replied to me and had a firmware update ready in less than 24 hours! After installing the firmware update with the app and reconnecting the camera, the panning control worked. Their customer support is AMAZING!Since purchasing this camera, I've bought 3 more Dekco cameras (a 2K Pan/Tilt DC5E, and two 5MP Pan/Tilt DC5P). I've been equally (or more) impressed with these other cameras and can definitely recommend any of these models (DC4L, DC5E, DC5P) or likely any other camera from Dekco.If you can afford the extra money, I would suggest either pan/tilt models (DC5P/DC5E) - it's a little more versatile having the ability to pan left/right and tilt up/down, instead of just panning. But you can't go wrong with the DC4L if you don't need the tilt feature.
