I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER BECAUSE IT SEEMED TO MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO RUN MY MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2024 BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM THE SIM NEEDS 8 GIGS OF VRAM BUT THIS COMPUTER HAS ONLY 128 MG OF VRAM WOEFULLY SHORT OF WHAT I NEED SO ITS OF NO USE TO ME. I HAVE A TOWER COMPUTER THAT I USE FOR ALL OF MY WORK THIS NEW ONE WAS TO BE JUST FOR THE SIM BUT IT WILL NOT RUN IT SO IT WOULD SEEM I JUST WASTED THE MONEY ON THIS DELL COMPUTER

I bought this and was happy with it, it looked good and worked well. It had a 90 day warranty as it was a refurb unit. This is a follow-up to a purchase that was made 4 months and 3 weeks ago. At that point one day I turned it on and got nothing. Thinking the battery was shot I ordered a new one. Thinking back I guess even if the battery was shot and I had it plugged in I should have gotten something. (did check power supply and it was OK) Sent it off to Dell for an inspection and estimate to get it going. ($39) I was told it needed a motherboard and battery and it would be $435 plus tax! That's more than I paid for it. I said no, send it back. Just a warning about what could happen with a refurb.

Mal el producto. La bocina está dañada, la cubierta está forrada con cinta y el sistema operativo no entra, siempre manda la pantalla azul. El periodo de devolución se cerró en diciembre 202 y el producto me llegó hasta enero 2025. Absurda esta política de devolución

Excellent value for money. Lightweight computer with beautiful (luminous) screen, and touch screen functionality. Delightul upgrade from a Latitude 5400. Notebook really meets the advertised excellent aesthetical condition. Battery condition is excellent too, reporting barely 48 charging cycles indicating the computer was barely used.

Unit is faster than expected. Keyboard letters are not very white leading to difficulty in low ambient light.Mcafee popups are very annoying. Have yet to find a way to uninstall. Still like the computer overall

It works fine, but keyboard fells flimsy, screen hinges are loosen. All are minor details, overall works fine.
