Easy to replace once you can get under the car ! One bolt with a socket wrench, pop the electrical connection and then install the new one. Easy-peasy. I had to do both this sensor and the gears in the dash odometer. All good now.

I can't speak to longevity of the product as I've only had it a short time but this fit better than the one made for Motorcraft and the one made for Standard. Plus I haven't had intermittent speedometer problems since.

The barrel of the sensor was just fractions too wide to fit into the transmission.
