Great product, quality material. The only problem people are not familiar with how it works and try to unscrew it or pull it out. After instructions they like it. Easy to use tap in to fill, tap again to drain.

It worked, but for the price, I am truly disappointed in the quality of Delta products. The retaining clip that is supposed to hold the overflow plate tight to the tub wound up just damaging the tub, as it did not use an actual two piece plate design. Instead they cheaped out for some weird half moon paper clip looking device that wound up just bending and scratching the tub. The machine work inside the actual brass T was terrible, and could easily catch hair and other debris and lead to an easily clogged drain. Wound up having to port the inside of the T to give it smooth transitions so that water would flow more easily. The nut for the bottom extension into the trap is not included at all, which means you are taking a trip to the local hardware store even AFTER buying this kit.

Stainless Steel trim pieces began to water spot almost immediately and pop up stopper had to be replaced, not made like the first set I bought 8 years ago.

I ordered it to match the other faucets I ordered for the bathroom. I have it for a couple of months now without any issues. It is not cheap but also not the most expensive for solid brass construction.Works with Kohler Villager cast iron bathtub.

Not only did you charge my credit card immediately, but Showerdirect put in for a "placeholder" FEDX number that was not registered (ie not traceable) such that it looked like I was trulygoing to get this order SOMETIME! I ordered it in March and delivery date is still pending and last told AUGUST. How ridiculous is that? It would not have been such an overwhelming issue if I had been told up front this was the case but I am renovating a house and the tub install is awaiting this critical piece - THAT and they CHARGED my credit card.Buyer beware of anything not directly coming from Amazon. Why Amazon allowed them to charge me I have no idea. In fact, AMAZON does not charge until shipped. Things are slacking....perhaps Amazon is taking on too much.
