Absolutely love this Faucet! It’s a beautiful Champagne color, not gold! It works perfectly as described. Touch on and off! Perfect for messy hands, just tap on to clean. There is a small light at the base that turns blue when the water is cold, purple when warm and red when hot so you always know the temperature of the water even if you can’t feel it right away. The sprayer is smaller but very powerful and has a great magnetic docking feature! It swivels from the base. Our plumber installed with no problem. This does have 6 AA batteries that power the touch feature. If it stops working check those first! I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

We haven’t had our faucet installed for long, but so far I have had no complaints. The install was not difficult and the faucet seems to be very good quality. I love the sleek, simple look of it - it fits perfectly into our new kitchen.Update:Amidst our kitchen Reno’s, at some point the sprayer attachment got scratched right on the front. I was super upset but ended up sending in a customer service request on Delta’s website. I asked what the process would be to fix this - either touch up paint (was hoping this would not be the solution) or I requested to know how much a replacment would be. I never received an email reply, but I did receive a package in the mail and it was the whole sprayer nozzle piece! I am blown away by Delta’s customer service.

What a mistake. This faucet fails in every way. The finish is cheap. It shows every water stain or spot. You can buy $25 faucets that have better finishes than this one. The way it mounts is awkward and doesn’t clamp tight to the counter. It was a major pain to get it installed and it’s always been loose. It feels flimsy and floppy, like the spout is only loosely hanging on. Because of that, the spout likes to wander, especially when it’s running. That’s a nice feature if you want your kitchen to double as a swimming pool. As for the touch feature, it’s poorly implemented. Having the handle be touch sensitive is stupid and gives you no way to precisely control the water. Half the time you have to play a game of tag tapping it repeatedly to get water. Other times you end up with water all over your short sleeve. It’s a good idea perhaps, but the way Delta designed it sucks. And the Alexa integration? Well, it’s not worth $20. Again, a cool idea implemented very badly. I thought it would be a matter of saying “Alexa, dispense 1 cup of water.” But no. First, the handle has to be on, prepped and ready for your shirt sleeves when you reach into the sink, then you have to say, “Alexa, ask Delta to dispense 1 cup of water.” Fractions often get the response “I can’t dispense that amount.” That’s for .5 cups. Great. Other times It can’t even handle basic math. It’s buggy. Finally, as if there weren’t enough fatal flaws, the internet connectivity is insecure with open ports waiting to be exploited, and Delta tracks your use of the faucet. Why they want to track and sell that information, I don’t know, but I object. I guess, like most thieves, they can’t come into a house without stealing something. When I disabled it, they had the gall to contact me and tell me to reconnect it so they could steal more data. Overall, this is a $20 faucet and it represents everything that wrong with American companies. Instead of making a quality product, they make a crap product, add a little software as a gimmick, sell it for an outrageous markup and advertise the hell out of it. Sad. Really sad. It going in the garbage. Goodbye Delta. If I never use one of your faucets again, that will still be too soon.Update - Another reason I hate this faucet. The spray head attachment is tiny. You invariably touch the spout when you pull it. Then you have to stop and play idiot tag with the faucet to start it again. Every. Damn. Time. They probably saved a couple of pennies making it so small, because it only affects the consumer, and once you go down the route of ripping people off, the consumer no longer matters at all.

Quality faucet. Looks nice. Smooth. Solid. No leaks. Easy installEdit: I've discovered a problem with the valve. I wasn't able to get high temperature hot water that I had available in my other sinks. I thought it was just my water temperature, but realized the valve wasn't able to stop cold mixing completely when turned to the maximum hot position. In order to get soley hot water (high temperature) I have to crank down the handle a couple times back and forth pushing down with some pressure. This is not something I want to do or should need to do; it will likely lead to damage of the valve/handle. Will see what Delta has to say...

We recently remodeled our Kitchen and wanted a high end modern looking Kitchen faucet to go with the new granite counters, stainless steel sink and white cabinets. I searched for weeks at all the local plumbing stores. I found some cool looking faucets but did not want to pay $450 -$700 for the coolest looking ones I found. I also liked the Kohler faucet in this price range but Holding down the stream button was not going to work for us.I finally decided on this Delta faucet in Stainless Steel. I was worried the stainless would not match my sink but it matches like they were made to be together.I LOVE IT!Pros:It looks very ExpensiveIt is very SturdyIt works PerfectlyIt has that Modern LookSingle HoleThe stream button is on a rocker switch and Does Not need to be Pushed and held down to stay on. YayIt stays clean and still looks brand new after 8 months. The pull out works perfectly and retracts every timeThe pull out has a magnet that holds it in place when retractedConsNoneHighly recommendedLooks expensive and works perfectlyIt looks and works better than I expected.Later I wanted a matching faucet for my Espresso Bar sink and did not want to spend over $200 and did not need a stream head so I bought the and it looks very similar and also is a wonderful faucet for your bar sink if you do not need the adjustable head or pull out hose.

We first saw a "touch" faucet at a friends house when they were just released in the market. We immediately loved the concept and decided to get a touch faucet for our new kitchen remodel. This faucet is big! It is very tall and solid. It is also very slick and the stainles is beautiful. Of course it will take a while to get used to it since you pretty much setup the flow and temperature once then just tap on and off. A blue light indicates when is on or off. Guests will get confused and will close the faucet normally (it took a while for my mom to get used to, she still closes the water regularly sometimes). The unit works with a battery pack (if you are curious how it works). The instalation is not too complicated, you can do it yourself IF you already have some knowledge of installing faucets. Sometimes it goes a little crazy, I think it is the stuff under my sink touching the battery pack or wires, we still have to figure that out. Love it, love it, love it.Update 10/21/2014: we had this faucet for over 2 years and it is still working great. We bought a new house and after few weeks we swapped faucets in the new house because I missed it so much. I understand the frustration from some people. The faucet can start acting up if you have a lot of stuff under the sink and stuff touches it and moves the battery pack, especially metal. I also know when it starts working erratically I need to change batteries. I still love the faucet and makes my life so much easier when my hands are dirty while cooking. I would buy it again, it is not cheap but worth the money.
