Item is a replacment for the exact same part (post holding hand-held shower broke off) so installation was simple. I presume that at some point this item too will fail however, it did last thirteen years! Fit and finish are very good.

I bought this to replace an old one (different brand) that broke. It seems pricey considering the materials. The hook part is plastic like my old one, and I suspect at some point it will also break. It looks nice, though.

Got this in the hope that it would fit our shower head in our '89 Airstream Excella. The old pin broke and vintage supply places were charging $30 for the part. Screw holes lined up and it fit perfectly.

I tried to get this from DeIta, but it was discontinued. I was at a real loss when I broke the hook on the wall mount. I could not hang the shower head without it. I tried to glue the hook and to no avail it would not hold with gorilla glue, super glue. or outdoor fixture glue. Glad I could get it on Amazon. Thank you.

This design is by far the best for hand showers that I have found. They make one that has a metal hook instead of an acrylic hook which is definitely worth the few dollars more but they are harder to find. Easy adjustment, easy height change, easy to add a new location, simply a good design. Must couple this with U5002-PK shower adapter.
