if you are wanting a target that will stop arrows without ruining the fletching for a crossbow that shoots over 400 fps look elsewhere. this is no the target you want. I wasted money on this target as it does not suit my needs

I owed a 3D range in mid 90s and McKenzie was my go to target, solid, long lasting and I was proud to advertise that I used them.That being said, this backstop is embarrassing my 3rd arrow pasted right through it.I have never bought a product this dysfunctional, ABSOLUTE TRASH.This should be an embarrassment to McKenzie/ Delta.The ease of removal is due to fact that you pick your arrow up on the ground on the backside of the target.

You have to go into this knowing this target is going to take damage from broadheads. Good value at the advertised price. Easy arrow and bolt removal. It is going to allow pass throughs at some point so its a good idea to have some sort of backstop. I find using the multiple aim points when shooting groups helps to lengthen the lifespan of the target. This is my 4th target and I will keep buying them.

Quality shooting archery block, no issues takes field points and broadheads well, it's been shot over 500 times so far and it's still holding up

Can’t complain about this target at all. I am a chronic bow tuner, this leads to hours of shooting broadheads making fine adjustments until it is just so. Then I change something else and repeat the process. That being said I don’t know how many shots I’ve sent into this target with broadheads on the end but it’s a lot, probably 300-400 and it’s likely more than that. From the first shots it stopped arrows okay, a crossbow is iffy even when the target was brand new, and my compound started blowing through the front quickly. I pick one spot and shoot it out then move to another. I won’t knock durability because broadheads are very hard on targets and I count this as an expendable item. Hours of entertainment/dollar is pretty low all thing considered. I also almost always unscrew my broadheads before pulling the arrow back out as I find that doing this saves a whole lot of wear on the target.I shoot 60-65 lbs with a 480gr arrow and it moves this target around a good bit even at 40-50 yards it’s very light and portable but it does like to move around on you a bit.As of now, it’s getting difficult to find spots to shoot. I have a ratchet strap wrapped around it to compress the layers down so it will still stop arrows. So it’s still working, just needed some help. Overall it is a great target, but I will be looking to go to higher end targets when I buy again. This would be perfect for someone who just wants to check broad head flight a few times a year or shoot to verify bow tune hasn’t changed while traveling but if you're like me and have a certified problem with changing everything on your bow and retuning your setup just for fun/entertainment it may be better to save up a little more and find something more durable. And I definitely wouldn’t recommend this target for crossbows.

Works great for my Excalibur matrix. 350 fps. I’m shooting within 20-25yds and the block stops the bolts. An arrow puller would make removing bolts/arrows easier than by hand
