These carabiner are well made and work well with resistance bands. They allow the bands to lay flat when extended and the locking mechanism prevents the bands or handles from sliding off.

These carabiners will absolutely work for anything I've got planned! They're a whole lot sturdier/tougher than I expected and I have ZERO doubts about their load capacity. I may end up getting more as my home gym expands...

These aren't ingenious or innovative. What they are is wicked strong, ideal for connecting rope or chain to webbing, unlikely to be the weak link in any imaginable household assembly. The 10 mm version is even stronger (and bigger, heavier, more expensive), but this 8 mm version is more than enough for anything I'm likely to ask of it.
