These Sam Brown buttons, or button studs (don't ask me about the name) arrived quickly, were appropriately priced. They are solid and well finished. They have already found homes in a couple of my projects and are slated for more.

I've never used this type of fastener on my leather work before. I bought the cheapest I could find at the time. They worked great & now I have a different choice to always using snaps. Much easier to place when you realize you should have punched & set it 3 steps back too...know what I mean?
