These work better than an expensive ones that you would buy in a Auto store or from a dealer

So far so good. I installed this 4 months ago, and it’s still working. I was worried when it arrived because the part looked different from the OEM on my Chevy Avalanche 2003. It also looks different from what is pictured on the product page. The original shows holes all across the shield, whereas what I received is smooth except for a few holes at the very end. That said, it fit perfectly, and the cord was the correct length.A few things to note:1) There are four oxygen sensors on the 2003 Avalanche. This is for the upstream position, which is between the engine and the catalytic converter. If you need to replace the sensor between the catalytic converter and the tailpipe, you’ll need a different part. One marked as downstream.2) It comes with anti-seize lubricant on the threads already, so no need to purchase that separately. There’s a clear plastic cap covering the threads to protect the lubricant, so be careful not to remove that cap until you are ready to install.3) After installing, I didn’t reset my check engine light. I wanted to make sure the part worked correctly rather than resetting it manually and hoping the light wouldn’t come back on. I drove my truck around a few times, and after about 20 miles or so, the light shut off and hasn’t come back on since.4) I didn’t use special sockets or tools to remove the old part or put the new one on. A simple Adjustable Crescent Wrench worked. That said, if your old part won’t come loose, you might need to look into an Oxygen Sensor Socket.

Ordered to replace a bank 2, sensor 2 on 8.1 Sierra 2500HD. Had to doublecheck with Denso to confirm it is correct for use downstream of cat. It is. Easy to change.

This does the job on my 04 Escalade, replaced both front sensors due to one of existing having a bad heater. Some claim these switch faster than some other brands, I have not found that to be the case. However, they work and do what they are supposed to at a reasonable price. We shall see how long they live; originals made it 285k miles.

Worked great for my 2003 Chevy 1500hd with a 6.0 engine. These are for the upstream sensors replacement (closest to engine)
