This is the lastest Grinch village piece from Department 56. Item is as described and goes perfectly with the rest of the Grinch village pieces. Love this new stocking store with the rest of my Grinch village pieces. Item shipped fast and well worth the money to me!!

My wife truely loves the Grinch Village and all the buildings so Amazon is one of the places where she can find some of the buildings that no one offers for a descent price plus they come packed in their own box with a Styrofoam cut out.
