Not unexpected as others mentioned what was sent does not match picture. There are only 3 cats and all tails down. Dept 56 must have changed the design at some point which is a shame as I like the other design much better. The packaging still reflects the old design with openings for four cats.

Halloween is my favorite time of year. I love this new addition to my collection. Well made and the storage container is nice because it will continue to protect it for years to come.

Though it is cute, the cats are not like the ones in the photos. On one piece there is actually a cat missing. My piece only has 2 cats while the advertised picture has 3. I am very disappointed in this product, especially as it was quite expensive. I feel like I did not get what I paid for. Unfortunately my daughters are attached to them and I don’t want to make them sad by returning. I’m also concerned that if I went through the process of a return I would just be sent the same botched version instead of the one as advertised. Very disappointing and not the quality I expect from this brand.

The little cats are very cute, but the box was shipped in a padded envelope and looks like someone kicked it all the way to my house. Luckily, the cats aren't broken; I was surprised.
