Vey nice counted cross stitch. Not for beginners though, counting is essential with small needle holes. It turned out successfully and looks nice framed.

It has instructions which state you may email them if anything is missing. Mine had missing strands/colors, so I emailed. Let's just say that they are severely lacking in courtesy/manners. I did receive my threads & did finish the piece, which does look wonderful!! So I gave 3 stars because of the nastiness of the customer service person.

Beautiful cross stich but not all thread colors included and the seed beads were not included. Great as long as your willing to go buy the thread and beads...
