I thought when the description was “used but good” I would get something still usable. This thing is trashed. “Acceptable” isn’t even an appropriate label. The plastic has been chewed away, the fabric is stained with grease, the instructions are crumpled and ripped. A $4 discount is not worth passing up the new one. Usually these kits are awesome and a good buy. I’m disappointed that I missed out on another site’s sale for this item because I took a chance on the “good condition” used one on Amazon. I’m just mad that this happened and am taking it out on the review section.

Counted the number of strands of thread colors that were supposed to be included in the pattern. Nearly half of the colors were short 1 strand and some as much as 3. Pattern recommended that if there was a thread shortage to send a snip to the company and they would take care of it. I paid for a COMPLETE pattern KIT and do not feel I should have to request enough thread to stitch the pattern with. Like the pattern but disappointed with the kit.

This scenery is perfect in the living room. It's perfect for the quilter who lives near the ocean. Love it.
