Want to annoy your friends? I'd buy this.It's cute, functional, works great! It doesn't necessarily need the battery as long as you have the light source. I purchased the green but it's more of a lime green so I was a bit disappointed since the picture depicts more of a sage green color. It's a great value for this calculator. Maybe I'll purchase a pink one in the future?

A very good calculator for those who like the basics. Easy to read buttons and the right size. Looks good on a desk and does what is needed. Unless you are into scientific calculators, this one does the job. Nothing special except it is simple and easy to use. It's always ready to do the math. Basic and simple but it looks good. I am satisfied overall. Especially for those who have the need for large buttons and easier dexterity.

I realize this is geared for young people....but this is actually a great little gadget to have in your home office. It's simple, no frills, and sturdy. It's a basic calculator, and let's face it, sometimes that's just all you need. It's responsive, quick, and the screen lights up well. Thank you to the seller bc this include a handy little triple A battery which is great, although its solar power works well and is responsive to regular office lighting conditions. I'm docking one star only because the keys are on the clunky side. It's not the smoothest calculator, but again, I realize adults may not have been the primary audience for this. I do love this little guy and don't hesitate to recommend it!

I love this cute and chunky calculator! I’m in my pink girl era, so naturally, I’m obsessed with this color scheme. I keep mine at my desk for when I don’t want to pull up my phone calculator. It definitely comes in handy when I’m grading stacks of papers or calculating expenses. There are so many lovely colors to choose from, you’re bound to find one that fits your vibe!

This calculator will only use power from the battery when installed. So a weak battery will cause the display to fade or the calculator to even stop working correctly altogether if the battery is low even if the solar panel is getting plenty of light. It will use the solar panel to power the calculator but only if the battery is removed. So that's a bit annoying that the solar panel is only useful in the extreme circumstance you can't get a fresh AAA battery but still need to use it.Other than that it's a good basic calculator with plenty of functions (one memory slot, backspace, grand total, percent calculations). Large display with plenty of digits (12 digit display) and large buttons with a bit of travel (although it's just membrane switches). Nice selection of colors but that won't look out of place in an office setting. Even the fact that it's basically a battery calculator isn't too bad since it uses a single AAA cell instead of a button cell. The AAA is going to be much easier to have on hand and contains more power so it should last quite a while (calculator has auto timed sleep). I wouldn't bother with rechargeables since this needs good voltage to keep the LCD display's contrast high and it shouldn't go though batteries very quickly anyway.

I got this to use at work for the times when I don't want to pull up the small calculator app on my phone or PC. This calculator with it's round buttons and overall shaded coloring is aesthically pleasing. The functions works perfectly and I had no issues.A plus is the included battery and the ability to use solar power. The only thing missing from this is a backlight. Other than that, this is a solid choice for a desktop (not hand held) calculatorI purchased this calculator for work, especially for those moments when I prefer not to open the small calculator app on my phone or computer. Its round buttons and overall shaded design are visually appealing. The functions operate flawlessly, and I haven't encountered any problems.A great feature is that it comes with a battery and can also be powered by solar energy. The only drawback is the lack of a backlight. Aside from that, it's an excellent option for a desktop calculator (not really designed for handheld use).

I got this calculator to keep on my desk for when I need to do any quick and easy calculations. First impression: it’s super cute and I love the color. It also came with a battery, which was nice. The calculator works fine. The buttons aren’t as clacky as I was expecting. However, the calculator still works great and looks nice, so I have no major issues with it.
