I recently purchased the Desk Extender Tray and couldn't be more pleased with its functionality and build quality! This clamp-on desk shelf is incredibly sturdy and offers excellent load capacity — I can store all my office supplies and even my laptop without worrying about it sagging. The 55 lbs load capacity is truly impressive!The addition of the storage drawer is a game-changer. It helps keep my desk organized by holding pens, cables, and small accessories without cluttering the surface. Plus, the drawer design is secure, so I don't have to worry about things falling out.This desk extender is incredibly versatile. I use it as a keyboard and mouse tray, but it also doubles as an armrest and a shelf. It works great for my home office, but I can see it being useful in any workspace. I love that it comes in multiple colors and sizes, so I was able to pick the one that best fits my aesthetic.Installation was super easy — no drilling or damage to my desk surface. The clamp-on mechanism works perfectly with my desk, which is 1.5 inches thick, and I was able to adjust the position without any hassle.Overall, this desk extender has really helped to expand my workspace and improve my comfort. did not find this extender easy to assemble and I’m not sure it would not just be easy to buy a larger desk. That said, I do like finally having room for everything on my desk and the hook for headphones also works for my purse, bag and other items.I do not care for under desk storage of my laptop I’d rather keep it in a locked desk store, but I do appreciate the extra compartment, which can be used to slide files into and out of the way.Because the extender can be moved from the side to the front of the desk, it’s good for a keyboard or a printer, a speaker or any other device I might want to connect to my computer set up. The clamps keep the extended tray sturdy so I can write on it. And use it for a set up area, if I have documents I need to staple, hole punch or otherwise arrange.I would like it if the extender could fold down and out of the way when I don’t need it, but it’s a nice solution for creating more space, because it’s simple to remove, if I need to adjust my configuration. Clamp on, clamp off.

I mis-measured, so unfortunately this will not fit on my desk. However, it is made well, customizable for the size of your laptop, and easy to assemble/use. My only gripe is that it would have been easier/more convenient if the laptop holder was a fixed size and would just attach to the extension. That way it's useful for multiple laptops (I have a shared office) and it's easier to install

I have a standing desk that I love to use. Even though my desk is pretty good size, I still find myself needing more desktop space. This solved that problem!I was afraid the add-on desktop would be unsturdy - boy was I wrong. This thing is heavy-duty. It's extremely secure and could easily handle any weight i would put on it.It arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. The desktop itself, the brackets and the clamps are all very heavy duty and professional/commercial feeling. When attached it is perfectly level with my existing desktop and does not tilt. Feels as solid as the actual desk its attached to. The only thing kind of "cheap" looking/feeling is the under desk drawer. It's all fabric and just doesn't match the professionalism of the rest of the desk. But for home and hobby use it's more than adequate. Just wish for an office environment it was all metal with real gliders. I may remove the one it came with all together or replace it with a metal addon drawer. Regardless, i bought it for the desktop space and it does that job exceptionally well.Highly recommended. If it develops issues, I will update this review.

First of all, this table was much heavier and larger than I was expecting. If there is a specific location you want to use this in, then you may want to actually take out a ruler and measure that space first before you order. It was too large for the location I wanted to use it in. I did find another location.Secondly, I couldn't believe how heavy the package was when it arrived. My first thought was that this could not be the shelf--thinking that no way this amount of weight could be attached to the edge of an existing table. I was pleasantly surprised that the clamping mechanism actually supports the weight extremely well.In the end, this works well--but just not in the location I was hoping to use it in. I left off the funny clamps on the bottom side that are meant to hold a laptop.
