The back rest pad had to much play and noise in it. And the adjustment was hard to attach

This item we purchased was damaged and would not fit on our bike. I was very disappointed because we needed this ASAP for a bike trip that we were taking.

It was not even assembled. Parts were loose in the box . The rear mounts to attach to the docking hardware were too far apart . I managed to get it on but it took some effort. Would not reccomend buying.

Disassembled loose parts, missing parts, box damaged with holes in box. Then was put inside another box.
