I washed my car with a regular car sponge first expecting to only use this one on grill, but I was shocked at how much it got off! I had caked on tar and thought to be paint scratches that came right off with little elbow grease necessary! Absolute must buy, well worth the $4.

Its easy to use and no need to get aggressive on hand pressure. Use good lub soap or enzyme to break down proteins...or use diluted dish soap will do. then re-protect clear coat.

Great detailing sponges. Good size and don't scratch the paint. Just make sure you clean it off a few times when washing the car and you'll be good. You can use this for the whole car and then wash and reuse it again. Works really good for bugs.
