I purchased this NOV 2023 and installed no problem the other day (AUG 2024) while driving I was taking a corner and heard a pop, the steering felt off so I went and pulled over and kept hearing some odd noises when I turned the wheel so I attempted to pull into a parking lot right across the street and my steering failed completly and my tire turned sideways so I was stuck. I took off the tire to find the outer tire rod still attached to the tire and fell off the inner tie rod threads, I tried to rethread it back on and it just slipped over the inner tie rod and didn't catch. I bought a new outer tie rod and put it on without issues and it threaded on nice and tight so I knew this product was defineitly that failure point. I contacted the manufacturer because I'm out $50 for a new tie rod end I got on the spot and $150 for another alignment and all they could do was ship me a new part but I had to pay $12 for shipping! I talked to a supervisor and got the same run around so now I'm forced to take them to small claims court to recoup the lost money. Outer tie rods never fail like this they either have play or definite signs its about to fail they are not supposed to just let go without notice.

Parts arrived on time . Fit as they should. Should include a washer as nut contacts aluminum knuckle . OEM nut is a self locking style with a washer.
