Detroit axle used to be decent company last 3 years I have ordered parts I have spent thousands of dollars and last 2 years they fail to ship the parts correctly, they toss whole suspension kits it big box with nothing and have been shopping without no regard to electronics of parts wires etc, and they fail to meet any of there delivery times they give recently I purchased 2 wheel front hub assemblys with electronic components they where shipped without proper packaging and the box was damage the grease oil in assemblys has leaked out onto everything from damage sustained due to improper packaging and the wires clips for abs are damage now Detroit axle is 3rd party seller I guess I've been arguing with amazon and Detroit axle in messages calls getting no where on refund Detroit axle sends messages to me acting like they reaching out but it's same old thing and my favorite message was we will love to give you 20 dollars back as partial refund but you have to take the loss and keep the damaged parts lol omg what a joke this company is amazon sees these messages and I guess they think it's ok because I'm still waiting for assistance from them to honor there a to z refund policy which they seem to be trying to stick me to with the lose so please buy elsewhere it will be 50 50 if your parts come undamaged good for you but I'd take my chances with moog or trq they actually will assist you if something goes wrong Detroit axle has lost there reputation and quality and customer service

Determined that my wheel bearing hubs were going out on my 2011 Chrysler Towne and Country Touring. So loud going down the road! This is my third Detroit Axle product and am very impressed with the quality and price. If I were to shop locally, one hub assembly would have cost me $134. Going through Detroit Axle, I essentially got two for the price of one! Good deal and would buy again!

Exact it for my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan.Over the last 2 months, a 'Humming' sound radiated from the drivers front wheel section. The 'Humming' was directly associated with the speed of the van. Softer, low pitch at low speeds (15-20 MPH), increasing in volume and pitch as the van speed increased. (Note: the sound was NOT loud, eg. I had to turn off the A/C and Radio to hear it clearly.) Having worked on cars since 1959, I know that if one bearing is going, there is a high likelihood that the other bearing follow suit in a short time (unless the bearing damage was caused by an accident). This pair of wheel bearing hub assemblies was a great price and had good reviews. With the exception of the ABS wheel sensor connector, disassembly, installation and torquing was straight forward. Torqued the caliper support to 125 ft.lbs. and the wheel to axle nut to 113 ft.lbs.ONLY CON: One hub assembly arrived with the ABS wheel sensor connector BROKEN. The singular protection preventing damage from the HEAVY metal hub assembly to the plastic connector was a thin, little baggie!

Comes with the ABS sensor, wire, and wire mount. Total unit fit perfectly in my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I was hearing a lot of front end noise, grinding noise starting around 30 MPH. Removing the old hub took the longest. I tried many different ways to remove the hub, hammer, bigger hammer, air hammer, jack under hub bolts, hub press only worked to push axle out. I finally went to HD and bought a 3/8 inch nut coupler (which is an inch long nut) with a 1 inch bolt. Screwed the bolt into the coupler and placed between the hub and the mount and unscrewed the bolt. Doing this on the top then bottom pushed the hub out of place and was a lot less work than hammering on it for an hour. If I used this trick again, I would get a 1/2 inch bolt and nut. I bent several 3/8 inch bolts while unscrewing them.
