Fit perfectly on a 2003 Lb7 2500HD. I would buy these again for sure. The truck had a strange problem and the ABS would engage on the RF wheel under 8mph approaching a stop. It was properly diagnosed as a wheel speed sensor malfunction and we installed this set to replace both original front hubs. They fit perfectly and are working properly. Get ready for a fight getting the old ones off if you live in the rust belt.....it will not be easy

My first set from Subaru lasted 200,000 miles. Detroit axle only lasted 6,000 miles. This car only goes to work and back about 3 miles away. I have always bought Detroit axle and actually told other people to buy from them. I am a mechanic for a living on heavy equipment. So I do warranty repair all the time. I had these bearings professionally installed since I didn’t have the Subaru wheel bearing puller . The bearings started making a loud roar going down the road . Lo and behold the new bearing failed. Mind you it cost me twice for install. I didn’t put Detroit axle back in because I had no faith in there bearing. And needed it now. . DO NOT BUY. Still under warranty and they won’t refund. Again Do Not Buy. JUNK BEARINGS

Wishing for negative starsTotal crap bought 2 for my Forester since it has 200,000 and the drive rear was shot I would just get 2 and replace as needed. Used theses before worked fine. But it been a year or so. Replaced the drive side but since it was cold only replaced that and put the other on the shelf for a warmer day. 2,670 miles later it failed. So I sat on the frozen ground and used the other to replace it hoping that would be the end of it. Nope 2 weeks later and 1,320 that also failed. Obviously quality control is non existent and the bearing were mostly likely never greased properly if at all . Probably just had light preservative grease when pressed into the hub block. I figured I would save time and effort buying the assembly. That was a mistake I should have just rebuilt the thing myself. Never again will I buy a wheel bearing hub assembly completed.Do not buy because 2 new failed bearings in one car is not normal.

My 2009 forester has been a little bit noisy for a long time, but about 6 months ago the noise got worse. So after replacing it with this product, it came back to new car condition. There are many ways on YouTube, but I easily pulled it out with the Wheel Hub Puller.Bearings may be old and bad. Maybe it's because of you or another driver's poor driving. For example, if the rear wheel is forcibly and repeatedly hit like a sidewalk block when turning right, the same symptoms occur no matter how many new bearings are replaced. It's been almost a year now and it's like a new car with no problems and no noise at all. I am very satisfied. But I think we need to pay more attention to product packaging. There were holes in both boxes, so there was no problem with my product... but other reviews with problems seem to have suffered damage during the delivery process.

Exact fit for my daughters Subaru Forester. When someone says it is “easy to install”, this is theoretically corset, it’s a very simple 4 bolt removal and replacement. However, removal of the old bearing was a BITCH. Hours of slide hammer and finally extreme heat with an acetylene torch did the trick. Be prepared.

I am not a mechanic, but I think these work great. Replaces the worn out wheel bearings on my Subaru and I can no longer hear the roaring! This brand was recommended to me by our school Auto teacher as a reliable brand that won't break the bank. I was very happy with the price and that it cut what a mechanic quoted me into 1/3 of the price. My son installed these in a few hours and didn't have any issues putting them on.
