Don't buy this if you're planning to use a water bladder. The hose routing goes up and then directly down, squeezing the tube. I tried all kinds of positioning, with an Osprey branded bladder, and could just not make it work. Plus, the hose has to go down, and then up again, and it hit my neck in a weird way. I expected more from Deuter; this is just a dumb design flaw!That's a bummer, because otherwise, this pack is wonderful. Lightweight, all the right pockets, and I was pleasantly surprised that my large iPhone 15 Pro Max fit into the strap pocket. I love the color, and it fit everything I need for day hike in my test fit, including holding my trekking poles one at each side (which works great!)With my backpacking bag (an Osprey Eja 58) I use a OneBottle system with SmartWater bottles, so I wouldn't need the bladder--but this one I wanted for fast hikes mixed with some trail running and I do need the option of the internal bladder to mimize water bouncing.So back to Amazon this pack went the day after I purchased it.

J ai mis du temps a me décider car je cherchais un sac simple et surtout leger et très aeré..Je transpire beaucoup du dos et franchement ce sac est parfait.Je l ai testé avant d acheter et en randonnée réel a tenerife donc par forte chaleur. Je ne regrette pas mon achat. Ce cas est parfait mais attention il ne contient que 30 litres mais pour moi c etait suffisant. Il est très agréable a porter et aucune douleur. Et très bien aéré, mon dos respire parfaitement. Au top

I bought this back in August and have put about 30 miles into it since. I'd say I am pretty satisfied with it. I've taken it to a few trips to Colorado and South Carolina and it's held up with the trails. It holds my 3L Gregory water bladder very easily as well as my first aid kit, shell jacket, sunscreen, food, extra water bottles, and phone, keys, and wallet without causing me extreme discomfort. I look foward to seeing where it goes with me in the future.

The Deuter backpack is incredibly lightweight and ergonomically designed. I bought it as a gift for my partner, and she carried 3 liters of water, clothes, and food for an entire day without feeling the weight at all. Highly recommended!

I love this back pack! I have used it for traveling a few times now and it is comfortable to wear around the airport even when it’s loaded down with stuff. The little pockets on the straps are great so you can get to some items (iPhone 13 mini fits) without having to take off the pack.

This is the perfect day pack for short hikes. It fit our water bottles (3) jackets as well as some snacks.I love the spots for hiking sticks and how easily accessible everything is.Really great quality and the color is beautiful!

This bag is lightweight. I haven’t used it yet but I dont think the pockets on the shoulder straps have much use — I cannot fit my iphone in it and I have bought it partly for that purpose.
