Very happy with this company . When the glass tubes I ordered arrived there were a few broken tubes 5 out of the 12 , it was clearly a miss-handling issue by the shipping co because the box was dented. So when I made them aware of the issue I told them that 2 tubes were a total loss and the other 3 were no big deal and did not need to be replaced I wasn’t worried about small cracks at the ends of the rest I would manage. Well without any questions they responded to my email the next day and informed me that replacements were on the way. Not only did they replace the 5 broken ones but they sent me 8 3 extra tubes for my trouble, very cool! The tubes were the 1”x12” thick glass tubes not small cheaper tubes. Thanks again!!!
