I had one of these at work and loved it... wanted to buy one for home but new ones are pricey. I took a chance on the refurb and it works great. Have done three different projects and it works as well as a new one. It looked brand new when I got it, in case you're wondering.

Just remember. Your 18 VOLT Batteries won't work in this saw. Have to buy new 20 volt natteries

Absolute lie with their 'renewed' claim. Battery won't lock into place because the battery terminal receiver is broken. So who even tested it? Nobody. Also, as I first picked it up, the Allen key/screwdriver tool fell to the ground as the holder is worn/broken. And you sell them for $2.50 cheaper than brand new. Didn't even realize I purchased renewed but will NEVER AGAIN. What a joke

This little blessing has helped me in ways that a regular circular could not. It is perfect for quick jobs I need a cut or two, or if I have a small pice that needs trim or cut. Truly a blessing to have.

I bought as renewed.there wasn’t a scratch on it and came with a new blade.Dewalt for the homeowner is probably overkill,the pleasure of how these tools feel in my hands is gratifying.the trouble is these products are habit forming.it’s like having a great set of cookware ,the old cheap unmatched stuff worked ok but….
