It is very well made and the detachable hood fits well but I am glad I can take it off. The battery lasted 4 hours on high. I did return it, it just did not keep me as warm as I expected, if I put a coat over it, it would keep me warm but I wanted to wear it as outerwear. I am always cold.

The size was perfect. I got a medium. I'm 5'4" 120lbs. It has great wind resistance it has a nice quality weight to it. Pockets inside and out. Good value for the money. The battery life of good. Expect 4-6 hours on high heat. Add 2 more hours for lower heat. When you're outside you can't feel the heat as good but you do stay warmer than without it. It's like having a heating pad. A nice function for a jacket if you're a freeze cat like myself.

Great product! Works well, my wife is happy with it, she uses it at the rink for the many hours we spend watching our kids play hockey and figure skate. Loves how it's a nice fit and not too heavy.Shipping was fast.

This jacket is super comfortable. Fits really good. Looks great. And gets very warm. The only complaint I have with it is the battery only lasts about 45 minutes to an hour on high, not the 3.5 to 4 that is advertised.

Pretty color. Heavy duty coat. Easy to wash. Heat system works well to keep me warm on our -10 degree days. It has a double zipper - You can can zip it from the top or bottom. Only things I can't solve yet is Why do I have to disconnect and reconnect the battery each time I turn it on? This is a fun coat.

I work at a gas station in New England and it gets pretty cold up here. Part of my job requires me to be outside (especially when it's snowing), and having arthritis is not a good thing to have when you're out in temperatures below 0. I've had heated jackets before, but batteries didn't last more than 4-5 hours on low. I bought this one after my other jacket (not Dewbu) some how got tossed in the wash.I will say that this jacket heats up more of my upper body than my previous jackets, especially my arms. It doesn't take long to heat up, stays consistent (no heat fluctuations) and stays on 10 hours on low every time (6 hours on high). The battery even tells you how much juice is left on the battery (uses numbers up to 100 rather than a light bar). I did get an additional battery as a backup so if anything I have a spare as well as a way to charge my phone.It does feel a little bulkier than my last jacket, but that could be because the liner isn't removable like my last one, although the hood comes off so for me that's a plus, as I hate having a hood attached to a jacket if I'm not using it. Outer shell of the jacket is waterproof and helps keep the heat in, whereas my removable lining jacket didn't do as well.As for size, I'm 5'2" tall and about 145lbs. I purchased the US size Large, as some of my sweaters can be quite thick and I hate restrictive clothing (I like my jackets to be a little bit roomy), although a size Medium would have worked great if I wanted something a little more fitted.Overall, I'm very happy with this product!

I purchased a Medium size based on the size chart and it was too big for me. The seller was AMAZING in working and responding to me quickly. I ended up ordering a size Small and it fits WAY better and keeps the heat in. The Jacket is very warm, I wear it in an ice rink for hours at a time and it kept me toasty warm. Look for a tighter fit because it will keep you warmer, heat escapes when loose.
