These arrived in perfect condition (product, box, outer box) and are shipped with a temporary "form" that helps keep the material/shoe in tact (keeps it from wrinkling during shipping). I pulled them out of the packaging and they were perfect. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 and they were the perfect fit. The material is SO soft - they feel more like slippers than shoes! I am so happy about these shoes - they are the exact color shown in the image so they go with all my jeans perfectly and the style is trending right now. I have worn them to work twice and they are a dream to wear. I've gone back and ordered 3 more pairs from this seller (all suede) - black, burgandy, and camel. I can't wait for their arrival!

I hate wearing heel because they are not comfortable and I have to walk a lot. These are high quality, comfortable, and don’t give me blisters. Color was as described. Not much arch support but they are much more comfortable than the average women’s shoe.

I can't say enough about these loafers. They are so comfortable! For the price the quality is not bad at all. I've worn them several times now to work all day running around and have had zero issues. I found them pretty durable. They are obviously not the highest quality but for the price you can't beat it. I did spray them with waterproofing protection because it snows here everyday No issues.

Adorable and go with a lot of outfits. Very comfortable insole (cushion like), but very narrow toe box. My feet misshape the shoe and I don’t have wide feet.

I’ve owned these loafers for 4-5 months and I’ve only worn them 5X. As you can see on my pictures, the stitching completely broke off and the strap had lifted. Disappointed because they are cute and really comfortable but poor quality.
