Good quality, looks great when built, my kids love it. We accesorized the bottom area with fairy lights and a drape.Hard to put together, the instructions dont list everything you need for it that's not included. some areas that should have had pre drilled holes did not have them resulting in the build taking much longer than expected. The wood slats that hold the mattress in place is practically raw so beware of possible splinters.Keep in mind your mattress size when buying, my daughters mattress sits flush with the very top of the guard rail, but if we had a thinner mattress that wouldn't have been an issue.

Pros: We bought this bed for a 4 year old one year ago and it has held up very well. It is perfectly sturdy for her and I assume will be for many years to come. It is the perfect height for her to get in and out of herself and has just enough room underneath for toy storage and to sit under. It took a few hours for us to assemble but there weren’t any issues with it.Cons: The few issues I have with the bed would not deter me from buying it again, but are just things to be aware of. The biggest thing is that the edges are all very blunt so we have put padding along a lot of it near her pillow, as well as underneath the bed for when she sits under it. She did scrape her head on one portion that I hadn’t covered so we have added more. As some other reviews stated the slats that the mattress sit on are far apart. We bought a mattress board and that works really well to keep the mattress from sinking between the slats.Overall it is a great bed for a child and especially if you want extra floor space. With a few modifications it has worked really well for us.

Was a little hard to build because i did it myself. I imagine it’ll be easier with more than one set of hands. But overall, directions were simple. Seems to be a tiny bit wobbly but nothing that seems unsafe or annoying. My son loves it

I don’t usually leave reviews but I loved this bed and so does my toddler. Set up was a breeze and the bed is sturdy as long as you put it together correctly! 10/10 for our family. Covering my boys face but if only you could see how big his smile was. ☺️

My daughter hasn’t left her room.. she’s small enough so that the bottom is a play area, but can be used for storage when she gets too big. Took me about 2 hours to put together alone. Easy instructions.. good price…great bed!

Fairly sturdy, I was able to put together alone by myself (100lb female) by bracing opposite sides of frame on low table. Recommend not tightening all screws till pieces are fit in slots because I had to pull them into place a bit and needed it loose enough.

This bed is perfect for my son’s new big boy bed. It fits and looks perfect in our space. It feels sturdy as well. I just wish it came with more slats that were more closely placed together because I am not comfortable with the spacing between them I am going to order a board for more support. It’s the perfect height for my 6 year old and the space underneath is great for storage or extra play space . It took me about 2 hours to put this together on my own it was fairly easy. When screwing on some parts of the bed some of the wood did get crack on the flesh side but it wasn’t anything too concerning. I was missing only one screw in end that was to attaching the ladder.

Read lots of reviews saying the sturdiness wasn’t the greatest. My son (5yr/ol) and I built the bed together, been half a year now and it’s still really sturdy, no signs of flaws. Don’t over torque the fasteners, read the directions and you will have an amazing bed your kid will love!I put a 3/8” wood board across the slats so I could use a foam mattress, helped out a lot. Also added LED strip lighting under the bed to help brighten it up for a play area.

I was torn because of the reviews, but took the leap. It’s for my oldest who loves it, but my youngest plays in it all the time and he’s only 2!Seems solid so far and like a good buy!

My daughter loves her big bed. Love that she can use space underneath and still small enough that she can climb up and sleep. Easy to assemble and seems durable.

Even though the product is marketed for children ages 4 through teens, in my opinion this bed can also work for young single adults (like me) with a limited living space such as a college dorm or small apartment. Do not be deceived by the studio images on the product listing: the children's toys and preschool decór under the bed in the staged pictures truly dwarf the size of this bed-- the bed is fit for a Twin, and is large enough to quite comfortably fit one adult. I purchased tension curtain rods and 24" curtains to make an elegant bed skirt, and the space underneath I use for storage. I love this bed; because so much fits under it, it saves a ton of space. The product arrives in a very large, heavy box, so plan ahead to have assistance with bringing it to your desired room. The directions made setup pretty easy, which was a relief; I used a power drill for the screws, but many of the fasteners are designed for an Allen wrench/hex key (included). This bed is not designed to be used with a box spring, so if you have a box spring you will need to dispose of it. The wood on the bed frame scratches very easily; hard pressure from your own thumbnail will leave an indentation in the wood. The bed is sturdy when used properly, but it would not safely withstand being jumped on, roughhousing/wrestling, or any "other" activities beyond sleeping. Overall I highly recommend this product. The manufacturer notes that the weight limit on the "upper part" of the bed is 165lbs. I had concerns about that before buying, because, assuming that that figure includes the weight of the mattress, that leaves not much weight for a person. I weigh 155lbs and feel very secure using this bed. Also, the manufacturer states that the consumer's mattress must not exceed 6" in height. My mattress comes to about 7" and it works just fine. The railings measure 13.5" high from the crossbeams under the mattress. Here is an excerpt from the warnings on the product that would be helpful to have had on the listing:Maximum weight on upper part of bed: 165 lbs. Do not allow horseplay on or under the bed and prohibit jumping on the bed. Do not allow children under four years of age to use the upper bunk. Bed is designed for children ranging from 4 years of age to teenagers. Use only coil spring mattresses on the upper bunk. Failure to do so can result in injury. Use only mattresses which are 74 - 75" long, 37.5 - 38.5" wide on bed. Ensure thickness of mattress does not exceed 6".
