Call the company they gave me the runaround and they stated they typically don’t refund from Amazon so I’m guessing they send other bad tubes to Amazon They told me they thought maybe some air must’ve got in the tube. I told my story to four different people from the company and still got the runaround given the opportunity to make it better by sending me a couple of tubes to try still haven’t heard anything $40 is way too much money to spend on something you can’t get out of the tube fire beware, and this was Not a third-party selling it this was direct from the company that makes it

Used this for my giant dogs. Yes my vet calculated the dose and approved the equine product due to amount needed.per price.
