Daughter loves it! Almost had a panic when she created the code and then forgot. But the direction (so keep them) tells you how to reset. Way better than a key that always gets lost!

Pretty design on this diary and lock functions as described. My 8 year old daughter loves that she can change her lock code at any time and is thrilled that her 2 year old brother cannot open it and destroy all the pages.

I bought the notebook for a client because I am a mental health therapist and it did not open. I was looking forward to her using this as a coping skill

My tween daughter loves this journal so much! It really is wonderful for her to feel safe journaling without fear of her brothers snooping.We could not find instructions at first, but they were tucked deep inside the first page pocket, behind the stickers. Came on time for Christmas present except it is locked and it doesn't have a code or instruction booklet like it said it should!
