Working principle:
Replaces the factory banjo bolt mounted on the top side of the pressure limiter valve. Plug the fuel return pipe and prevent high pressure fuel from being returned to the fuel tank. So it can maintain fuel rail pressure. Improving acceleration performance during heavy engine load.
Operating Steps:
- Unscrew banjo bolt mounted on the top side of the pressure relief valve, Remove the fuel return hose.
- Remove the sealing washer and clean the surface impurities to avoid poor sealing.
- Take the old rail fuel plug off and put the new one on.
- Replace the sealing washer with a new one and reinstall your banjo bolt and the fuel return hose.
- Start the engine and check for leaks. If no leaks are present, the vehicle is ready to drive.
Notice:
It improves the power performance of your vehicle, but it will increase its fuel consumption. Because energy is conserved, no one can violate it.
