This kit will not work with the o-rings provided. It creates a fire hazard due to severe fuel leakage. They should be 5/8"od x 7/16"id and 3/32" thick. The kit has 1/16" thick.

bought these to replace my old factory ones(that didn't even leak) and 7 of these new ones leaked and I ended up having to out my old ones back on highly don't recommend wasting your time or money on this junk

Poor quality kit. The o rings are not the proper size. Aswell, the clamps provided are too small to fit over the hose provided.

The o-rings and clamps were all the wrong size. I installed the kit using clamps sourced locally and the o-rings all leaked, even after multiple attempts to get the adaptors to seat properly. I'm an ASE master tech with 30+ years experience, so I know crap when I step in it. Don't waste your money.

The 0-rings are the wrong size, but close. The fittings are the wrong size but close enough to make you think they might work. The hose is cloth wrapped so the clamps won't fit over the hose. One clamp was the wrong size. One O-ring was missing. After all the effort to install this kit, every fitting leaked profusely.I wish I had read all the other reviews; it appears that nearly everyone had the same problems with this kit that I had.

Replacement lines/o-rings all worked well, installation was relatively easy, but included caps leaked like sieves. Swapped with original caps and all leaks stopped

ACTUALLY WORKS. None of the other kits worked for my 7.3 IDI. Bought the Delphi kit and it leaked like crazy. Install with silicone lube, and measure appropriately. I made the outer lines 3 3/4 in, and the middle two lines 4 in.
