I forgot to write a review.It's so spacious and aesthetic.It completely does Diluc justice, and the little keychain it comes with is absolutely adorable!The clip chain it comes on is a bit concerning so I'll be changing it to a more sturdy keychain.The box is also so aesthetic as well, I don't think I'll be throwing I away any time soon.

Got this for my grand daughter for her birthday she absolutely loved it, It really is very adorable I'd use it myself. The quality and look are 5 stars.

The bag is sturdy and even comes with a Diluc acrylic keychain! And the buttons are Primogems!It even came in a Genshin themed box(°▽°)

I love this bag almost as much as I love Diluc. It's pretty compact on the inside, but cute nonetheless. There are two small pockets on the inside, one with a zipper. I love the academia theme, it's sophisticated in a way. The little details included and engraved on the bag are great. This bag really embodiment of Diluc as a bag. It seems to get indents easily, so I'd be careful on where it's placed.

I didn't buy this messenger bag from Amazon but rather through Genshin's official merch store. That said, I thought I'd leave a review since I was very satisfied with this product!The bag feels well-made, and I appreciate the compartments both for the interior and exterior. The design feels fitting for the character but also subtle in that it isn't immediately apparent what franchise the bag is associated with. I've gotten many compliments on it since I purchased it!That said, I do have two critiques. One, the golden clips used to switch between the two styles of the messenger bag, the side strap and the backpack version, can wear down pretty quickly. Sadly, this happened to me within two months of owning the bag. The strap used to wear it across your chest or off your shoulder wore down too fast, and without a means to replace it, I'm no longer able to use it this way.Additionally, the chain used for the keychain is incredibly fragile and constantly broke. I worried it would fail during one of my walks, and sadly, that's exactly what happened. I lost the keychain. I tried to request a replacement since it was a nice little feature, but I never got a response. Since the chain for the keychain is so fragile, I'd recommend removing it or replacing it with a different chain if you have one or want to spend the time and money to obtain a more secure option.Overall, I love the messenger bag and would recommend it! However, if there were a way to get replacements for certain parts of the item, whether due to these parts getting lost or breaking, then I would've rated it higher.
