These appear to be of good quality, but a bit tricky to install on the wheel rims. They stretch, but tend to fold up on themselves and its tricky to get them to lie flat on the rims. Two came in the package, although the listing did not make that clear.

I wasn’t sure at first if I should buy these as it just increases the cost of the repair on top of inner tube and so forth. But I realized that the tube burst because the liner had broken inside and offered no protection against tube rupture. And using tape as some suggested didn’t sound too reliable so I decided to try these. They fit tightly and seem to offer good protection from tube damage so I’m glad I got them

Although it worked, it seemed like there was too much plastic. There was enough stretch to get it onto the rim, but while installing I felt like it might break.

These work very nicely. It snapped right into place without having to warm it up. Pay attention to the width sizing.I did not want to mess with tape and adhesive mess since I might have to go back and rebuild the wheels.This stuff is way overpriced but better than rim tape so try to find a reasonable deal.The real test will have to come years later to see if it shifts or breaks over time.

It was very hard to find the size I needed, and was happy to find it on amazon. Replaced the broken tire liner on my wife's bike. Easy to install, and the wheel is as good as new.
